Heuer’s ‘Skipper’ dates back to 1968, when it was created for the yacht racing crew of team Intrepid to defend America’s Cup. Powered by a calibre 15 automatic movement, this steel watch from 1970 has a matte blue dial with a corresponding rotating metallic bezel. Perhaps its most distinctive feature is the chronograph recorder that’s segmented into three colours and built to suit a fifteen-minute regatta countdown.<br><br>This watch and its water-resistant seals are vintage, so we do not recommend wearing it in water.
