KAPITAL gets its name from Kojima, Okayama – Japan’s ‘Denim Capital’. Demonstrating that speciality, this jacket is distressed and repaired using sashiko stitching, a traditional technique used to extend a fabric’s life. The front is fitted with a few slanted pockets, while the back depicts an impressively patchworked Virgin Mary.
